PE Case Study with Bain
In autumn 2024, FS-SC, in cooperation with FS Women in Business, had the opportunity to experience a workshop with Bain in their Frankfurt office in the heart of the banking district. Working in small groups, a practical private equity case study was completed, with Bain consultants supporting the participants as coaches.
After the presentation of the results and the discussion of the different approaches, a relaxed get-together took place. Over the rooftops of Frankfurt, there was the opportunity to talk to the Bain consultants, gain exciting insights into their everyday professional life, and make valuable contacts.
M&A Case Study with Morgan Stanley
Together with FS Invest, FS-SC had the opportunity to visit the Morgan Stanley office in the heart of Frankfurt's banking district. There, an exciting M&A case study was tackled, where the participants worked together on solutions and discussed them intensively. Finally, a relaxed get-together offered an ideal opportunity to exchange ideas and network in an informal atmosphere.
Interview training at Deloitte
At Deloitte's Frankfurt office, FS-SC had the opportunity to participate in an interview training session. In addition to exciting insights into the recruitment process, the agenda featured an entertaining cocktail workshop. While FS-SC members and Deloitte consultants competed in a friendly contest for the best cocktail, a pleasant atmosphere for conversation was created, and diverse impressions of typical everyday life at Deloitte were shared.
M&A Case Study with DZ Bank
Above the roofs of Frankfurt, FS-SC had the opportunity to work on an exciting M&A case study together with the investment banking department in the DZ Tower. During the presentation of the group results in the plenary session, valuable tips and practical advice were shared. The evening concluded with a joint dinner in the DZ Tower, providing an opportunity to gain insights into daily work life and make valuable connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
Case study with Porsche Consulting
In winter 2024, Porsche Consulting visited the Frankfurt School to introduce themselves to FS-SC. Afterwards, groups of FS-SC members had the opportunity to work on a case study developed by Porsche Consulting and present their results to one another, gathering valuable feedback in the process. The event concluded with a joint dinner in downtown Frankfurt, which provided a relaxed setting for exchange and networking.
