Strategy & Organization
We translate strategy into impact: a clear target picture, a matching operating model, effective steering, and an organization that delivers.
Description of our services
We sharpen strategic priorities ("Where to play / How to win") and anchor them in structure, processes, and steering. To achieve this, we develop a target picture with measurable outcomes, derive initiatives, and build a matching operating model: organizational structure (roles, teams, governance), processes (end-to-end processes, interfaces), and steering logic (OKRs/KPIs, meetings, decision-making paths). A transformation PMO ensures focus, speed, and transparency. The result: clear responsibilities, fast decisions, and an implementation roadmap that demonstrably creates value.

Case Study
Our data collection on the investment behavior of young investors enabled the formulation of measures for targeted addressing of this group.
Client situation
A German provider of a lending platform sought a contemporary investor relations strategy with a focus on young investors. The client's main questions related to a precise understanding of the investment mindset of future shareholders, as well as their motivation and investment horizon.
Our approach
First, we conducted an opinion poll among the target group of 18- to 30-year-olds to gain a sound understanding of their attitudes and preferences in the field of financial investment. In the next step, we conducted expert interviews with professors, a neo-broker, and financial investment influencers to gain a wide range of perspectives and expert insights. In addition, we conducted interviews with young investors to better understand the real-life experiences and challenges of this target group. Finally, based on the collected data, we were able to formulate recommendations for action and present the client with an investor relations strategy (IR strategy) focusing on young investors. This primarily aimed at promoting effective communication and interaction with the target group.
Achieved results
Conducting the opinion poll sensitized the client to the importance of social media in the financial investment choices of young investors. Based on the recommendations of the consulting team, the client then carried out a successful investor relations campaign in cooperation with influencers.
